High temperature welding lead-free environmental solder wire melting point 227 ºC Sn99.7cu0.3 rosin containing solder
Raw materials such as pure tin, sterling silver and pure copper are refined through advanced processing. The raw materials are smelted, stirred, inspected and poured through high-standard process. The antioxidants are effectively added to make the same brand of tin bars. The quality of the tin wire is more stable and reliable. It has high anti-oxidation performance, extremely low impurity content, bright surface and no pollutants, in line with JIS Z 3283 standard. During the use, the content of tin slag is small, which can reduce the loss and adapt to the soldering of various products in the industry.
The surface is smooth and the melt flow is good.
Mechanical and physical properties are good.
Good wettability and bright solder joints.
