Features of high temperature high lead solder paste:
1 This product is a high-temperature solder paste with a lead content higher than 85wt.%. It is a RoHS exempt solder paste and is specially used for power semiconductor packaging and welding, mainly including power tubes, diodes, triodes, rectifier bridges, and small integrated circuits. It can meet various dispensing and printing processes.
2. Advantages:
a. Automatic dispensing is smooth and stable, with minimal changes in glue output and viscosity;
b. The chemical properties are stable and can meet the requirements of long-term dispensing and printing;
c. Good solderability, easy to clean residue after welding, high online yield, and extremely small porosity of solder joints;
d. Exempt solder for RoHS directive.
