1. It belongs to RoHS exempt solder paste, which is specially used for power semiconductor packaging and welding, mainly including power tubes, diodes, triodes, rectifier bridges, small integrated circuits, etc. It can meet various dispensing and printing processes.
2. Advantages:
a.utomatic dispensing is smooth and stable, with minimal changes in glue output and viscosity;
b. The chemical properties are stable and can meet the requirements of long-term dispensing and printing;
